Who we are

TIBI4 SpA (RUT 78.243.497-7), Providencia 1208, Of. 207, Providencia, Santiago, Chile, runs tibi4.com and is responsible for the data described here. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email and message. Company and budget are optional.
  • IP address: used to deliver the site, block spam and find your country, so we know whether to ask for cookie consent.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics records pages visited, approximate location, device and browser.

How we use it

  • Contact messages: we reply under our legitimate interest and the pre-contract steps you ask for.
  • Analytics: your consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest.
  • Spam protection: our legitimate interest.

We run no advertising and do not sell your data.

Where it goes

Form messages pass through Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection, including Turnstile) to our Google Workspace mailbox. Resend and Cloudflare keep delivery records for a limited time. Google Analytics receives analytics data. Google, Cloudflare and Resend are based in the US and process data there and elsewhere. They rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and browser storage

Analytics cookies only. Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland are asked before any are set. Elsewhere analytics run by default, and you can decline any time with the footer Cookies link. If you decline, Google Analytics may still receive limited cookie-free signals (page, device, browser). The spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) uses only what it needs to work and is not used for tracking.

  • _ga, _ga_<ID>: Google Analytics cookies, up to two years.
  • tibi4_consent: your choice, stored in your browser (not a cookie). We ask again after 180 days.

How long we keep it

Emails: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer where a signed agreement or the law requires (for example tax records). We delete them on request where the law allows. Analytics: event data for 2 months, user data for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You may complain to your data protection authority or, once operating, Chile's Data Protection Agency.

Changes
